At the Wellow™ Group we believe we have a greater responsibility to create a labour market open to all talents, regardless of their ethnicity, age, gender identity, nationality, origin, political, religious or sexual orientation, barriers to expression or physical limits. In a month dedicated to celebrating diversity, the Wellow™ Group is organising an event with the aim of bringing different points of view to the discussion: from a company with an established track record in this area; from a consultant who accompanies companies that have decided to make Diversity, Equity and Inclusion a goal; and from an association that feels the difficulties of accepting and integrating people with disabilities into the market.
The debate will be enriched by Rui Fiolhais (Administrator and Board Member of the Wellow™ Group), Carolina Almeida Cruz (CEO and Co-Founder of C-More), Paula Lobinho (Head of Diversity, Inclusion and Institutional Partnerships at El Corte Inglés) and Sara Câmara Pestana (OED Coordinator), who will give us a 360º perspective on Diversity, Equity & Inclusion.
