Over the years, the Wellow Network - group of which Exato Seguros is a part - has been honoured by several leading national bodies, which recognise our commitment to people's well-being, happiness and health.

  • In 2023, 2024 and 2025, the study Happiness Works ranked us among the happiest companies to work for in Portugal, recognising the consistency of our efforts to promote a positive, motivating and meaningful working environment.
  • O Healthy Workplaces Award, The prize, awarded in 2022 and again in 2024, highlighted us as one of the healthiest workplaces in the country, as a result of policies focussed on employee safety, health and well-being.
  • A Oeiras City Council awarded us the Gold Municipal Medal of Merit in 2023 and, in 2024, recognised us for our social contributions to the municipality over recent years through the Wellow Society project.
  • In 2024, the year we celebrated 25 years of history, we were recognised as one of the 50 Best Companies to Work for in Portugal, in an honour promoted by Exame magazine and we received the Wellbeing Awards 2024, The event, organised by Workwell and AGIS, reinforces our commitment to humanising working relationships.
  • In 2024, we were honoured by the Salvador Association with the Best Practices Accessibility Awards in recognition of the network's commitment to promoting accessibility and inclusion in its facilities.
  • In 2025 we were honoured at the People Engagement Survey 2025, We scored well above the national average. This study, promoted by CEGOC in partnership with ISCTE Executive Education, assessed more than a hundred organisational climate indicators, where we stood out in areas such as management practices, pride, reputation and organisational involvement.

A Wellow Network and all its member brands, including Exato Seguros, have signed the Portuguese Charter for Diversity, reaffirming their commitment to the values of diversity, equity and inclusion. This initiative reflects the ongoing effort to promote inclusive work environments where every individual feels respected and valued.
