Today, Exato\u00ae Seguros is part of Wellow\u2122, a Portuguese business group with more than 22 years of activity.<\/strong><\/p>\n

As the organisation grows and its positioning becomes increasingly diverse, the\u00a0Wellow\u2122<\/strong>: the new brand that has been launched to enhance the diversity of this Portuguese business group.<\/p>\n

As it enters its third decade of operation, the business group is now also entering a new phase in which it offers a portfolio of diverse services across a range of sectors.
\nTo reflect the group\u2019s current diversity, the name \u201cGrupo Talenter\u2122\u201d has become inadequate and the\u00a0Wellow\u2122<\/strong>\u00a0It has emerged as a brand capable of representing the group and preparing it for an increasingly diverse future.<\/p>\n

With 8 brands, 12 companies and more than 15 services, Wellow\u2122 currently operates in three distinct areas of activity: Human Resources, Outsourcing and Brokerage (Property and Insurance).
\nC\u00e9sar Santos<\/strong><\/a>,\u00a0Founder and CEO of Wellow\u2122 Group<\/strong>, In the wake of the diversification that has been taking place in recent years, the shareholders felt that the Talenter\u2122 brand no longer covered the diversity of the business and even distorted its DNA as a group, and felt the need to recreate a brand capable of bringing together different business areas.\u00ab A\u00a0Wellow\u00ae<\/strong>\u00a0It was founded on the core values shared by the various brands, which have served as the guiding principle for Talenter\u2122\u2019s founders over the years: Agility, Humanism and Experience.<\/p>\n

The challenge of this branding project was to incorporate the very best of each brand into a new identity with which everyone can identify, whilst also positioning the group for a new phase of business expansion.\u00a0Tatiana Vale<\/a><\/strong>,\u00a0Chief Marketing Officer<\/strong>, He adds that \u00abempathy is the calling card of this new brand, it's in the DNA of all the group's companies.\u00a0Wellow\u2122<\/strong>\u00a0as a new way of saying hello: it's synonymous with a smile, it's an invitation to dialogue and to start a conversation\u00bb. In\u00eas Carvalho, Partner & Project Manager at Noon Creative<\/strong>, a brand creation and management agency in charge of the\u00a0Wellow\u2122<\/strong>\u00a0He notes that \u00abthe branding of SGPS was a challenging project and, at the same time, a very organic one. Strategically, we supported the new entity in what was clearly already the essence of the group. Humanity, empathy, openness, trust and vision \u2013 values common to all its companies \u2013 were the pillars we defined to shape all verbal communication. In the visual realm, the multicoloured palette not only embraced the group\u2019s various entities but also reinforced the energy, freshness, openness and vitality of these professionals\u00bb.<\/p>\n
